Ask if there is live animal service from Austin, TX to your airport
If not you will have to find another airport that does 
or I cannot ship a bird to you.

I will ship to any airport in the Continental US that has Continental Pet Service to that airport. 
I use NO other airline because Continental is the ONLY one with a climate controlled, pressurized area for pets.   That is why I can ship most any time of the year.  

Most other airlines ship the birds with luggage and they will not take animals if it is too hot or too cold  
because they would suffer in the belly of the plane in the extreme temps.  
Continental's fee is a bit higher than others but their care in handling animals is SUPERIOR.
I want my birds to fly in comfort and safety.
